SCREEN PRINTING

Bold Prints. Bulk Orders. Exactly What You Ordered.

Screen printing is the go-to for high-volume orders that need full-color impact. We print on t-shirts, polos, hoodies and more with consistent results across every piece in the run.

When you need 100 shirts that all look the same, screen printing is the answer. It is fast, cost-effective at volume and produces bold, vibrant results that stand out. Whether you are outfitting a team for an event, building a run of branded shirts for ongoing use or stocking apparel for a new location, screen printing gives you the visual impact you need at a price that makes sense at scale.

The key to a good screen print run is consistency. Every shirt in the order needs to come out looking like the first one. That requires tight setup, controlled ink application and quality checks throughout the run, not just at the beginning. That is how we run every order.

Benefits

Color That Pops

Screen printing produces vivid, saturated colors that embroidery cannot. If your logo has large graphic elements, bold lettering or a full-chest design, screen printing is the right method. Ink sits on top of the fabric and creates a crisp, high-contrast result that reads well from a distance. For events, uniforms and branded apparel where visibility matters, screen printing delivers the kind of presence that gets noticed.

Priced for Volume

Screen printing is one of the most cost-effective decoration methods available when you are ordering in quantity. The setup cost is spread across the run, so the more pieces you order, the lower your cost per shirt. For businesses ordering fifty, one hundred or five hundred pieces, the economics of screen printing are hard to beat. We give you pricing options based on quantity so you can decide what order size makes sense for your budget.

Consistent Across Every Piece

Every shirt in your order prints from the same screen, with the same ink mix and the same registration. That means the last shirt in a five hundred piece run looks the same as the first. We run quality checks throughout the production process, not just on the initial sample, to make sure consistency holds across the entire order.

Who It Is For

Screen printing works well for restaurants building staff shirts for a new location opening or season update. Warehouses and production facilities outfitting large crews where cost per piece matters. Manufacturing companies equipping teams with branded shirts for safety drills, plant events or new hire orientations. Corporate departments ordering bulk apparel for trade shows, company gatherings or client events. Any business that needs a large run of consistent, branded shirts delivered on time and on budget.

Yes. Front and back printing is a standard option. Sleeve printing is also available. Each print location is priced separately, and we will include all locations in your quote so you can see the full cost before committing.

Most orders ship within two to three weeks from artwork approval. High-volume or complex orders may take slightly longer. Rush timelines are available depending on quantity and current production schedule.
