CUSTOM UNIFORMS

Your Team. Your Brand. Every Detail, Done Right.

Uniforex outfits teams of every size with custom uniforms built around your brand and your budget. One call gets you everything from fabric selection to finished, branded garments ready to wear.

Running a team means your people are your brand in public. What they wear tells clients, customers and partners who you are before anyone says a word. A sharp, consistent uniform communicates professionalism, builds trust and sets expectations. A mismatched one does the opposite.

At Uniforex, we outfit teams from the ground up. That means understanding your industry, your team size, your brand standards and your budget before we recommend a single garment. We do not sell you a catalog. We build you a solution that fits.

Benefits

Full Program, One Vendor

Managing uniforms from multiple vendors creates gaps. Colors drift, timelines slip and no one is accountable for the full result. We fix that by handling everything in house. Shirts, pants, jackets, hats and outerwear are sourced, decorated and delivered together. Your team gets one consistent look every time.

Built Around Your Budget

Custom does not have to mean expensive. We offer volume pricing that scales with your team size, so the more pieces you order, the lower your cost per piece. We also work with smaller teams that need quality without large minimums. Our quotes include options at every price point so you decide what fits.

Your Brand, Our Obsession

Every garment goes through an approval process before production begins. Logo placement, thread colors, sizing, label placement. You confirm everything before we produce a single piece. We work from your brand guidelines, Pantone codes or existing samples to make sure the finished garment matches what you approved.

Who It Is For

Custom uniform programs work across every industry we serve. Manufacturing floors need durable, functional garments that hold up to the environment. Restaurant teams need a consistent look that travels from the kitchen to the front of house. Healthcare staff need clean, professional uniforms that meet their facility standards. Corporate offices need branded apparel that looks polished in client-facing settings. Oilfield and industrial crews need workwear that meets safety requirements while still representing the company.

Whatever your industry, the goal is the same. Your team should look like a team. We make that happen.

FAQ

That is the number one concern we hear from new clients, and it is a fair one. Cheap-looking uniforms usually come from three things: low-quality blanks, poor decoration, or artwork that was not set up correctly. We source from established garment brands, handle all decoration in house and review every artwork file before production starts. You also see a physical sample before we run your full order. If something does not look right, we fix it before a single full-price piece is produced.

Sizing is the other concern most businesses bring up, and it is easy to get wrong when you are ordering for a large group. We provide a sizing guide for every garment style and can arrange physical samples for your team to try before the order is confirmed. For larger teams, we set up a simple process to collect sizing information from employees individually so nothing gets estimated or guessed.

It depends on the garment and the look you want. Embroidery is the better choice for polos, dress shirts, jackets and professional apparel. It is stitched into the fabric, so it holds up through years of wear and washing without fading or cracking. Screen printing works better for t-shirts, casual apparel and designs that cover a large area or use many colors. A lot of our clients use both. Embroidered polos for client-facing staff and screen-printed shirts for warehouse or event use. We will recommend the right method for each garment in your order.

For standard orders, plan for two to three weeks from artwork approval to delivery. Larger orders or programs with multiple garment types may take a little longer. If you have a specific deadline, share it with us upfront and we will build the timeline from there. Rush production is available in some cases. The earlier you contact us, the more options we have to meet your schedule.

Yes. Adding individual names, titles or numbers to garments is a common request and something we handle regularly. It is especially popular for client-facing teams where a name on a shirt builds personal connection and accountability. We include name personalization in the quote so you know the cost before committing to the full order.
