Custom Uniforms for Texas Businesses
Screen printing is the go-to for high-volume orders that need full-color impact. We print on t-shirts, polos, hoodies and more with consistent results across every piece in the run.
When you need 100 shirts that all look the same, screen printing is the answer. It is fast, cost-effective at volume and produces bold, vibrant results that stand out. Whether you are outfitting a team for an event, building a run of branded shirts for ongoing use or stocking apparel for a new location, screen printing gives you the visual impact you need at a price that makes sense at scale.
The key to a good screen print run is consistency. Every shirt in the order needs to come out looking like the first one. That requires tight setup, controlled ink application and quality checks throughout the run, not just at the beginning. That is how we run every order.
Screen printing works well for restaurants building staff shirts for a new location opening or season update. Warehouses and production facilities outfitting large crews where cost per piece matters. Manufacturing companies equipping teams with branded shirts for safety drills, plant events or new hire orientations. Corporate departments ordering bulk apparel for trade shows, company gatherings or client events. Any business that needs a large run of consistent, branded shirts delivered on time and on budget.
Fast setup, consistent results and your brand on every piece in the run.
Screen printing is most cost-effective at 24 pieces or more. For smaller quantities, logo embroidery or digital printing may be a better fit. We will tell you which option makes more sense for your specific order so you are not paying for a method that does not fit your volume.
Yes. We use under-base layers when printing on dark fabrics to make sure colors appear bright and accurate rather than washed out. The under-base adds a step to the process but is essential for quality results on black, navy, dark grey and other deep-colored garments.
Yes. Front and back printing is a standard option. Sleeve printing is also available. Each print location is priced separately, and we will include all locations in your quote so you can see the full cost before committing.
Most orders ship within two to three weeks from artwork approval. High-volume or complex orders may take slightly longer. Rush timelines are available depending on quantity and current production schedule.
